In the framework of the research project Toxdect, UECBV organised a workshop on the 15th of September in Brussels. The main objective was to know more about the legal frame to develop the concept. The topic was discussed with scientists, stakeholders of the food chain as well as Competent Authorities from the Member States and from the EU Institutions.
ToxDtect is an innovative Packaging for the Detection of Fresh Meat Quality and Prediction of Shelf-Life which guaranty to the consumer the safety of beef meat.
