UECBV Draft Community guide to good practice on slaughter hygiene - Public consultation until 8th September 2017

With the concern of always improving the hygiene on the slaughterline, more than two years ago, UECBV launched the procedure of drafting a Community guide to good practice on slaughter hygiene in compliance with the guidelines guidelinesfor the development of EU Guides to Good Practice that have been prepared together with the Member States.

UECBV is happy to launch today, Friday 2nd June, the public consultation of the draft guide.

The draft Community guide is open for comments until 8th September 2017.

At the end of September, the draft, amended following possible comments received, will be sent to the Commission services who will apply the procedure of assessment and recognition.
